Help with the trading simulator, lessons and TradeLVL Pro
Email admin@famousoptionstrading.com. Include what you were doing, what happened and your app version. Do not send passwords, bank information or real brokerage records.
Subscription or purchase problem
Open Journal > Rules & setups and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account or Google Play account used for the purchase. If Pro still does not appear, email support with the store receipt or order number. See subscriptions, cancellation and refunds.
AI coach
The AI coach reviews simulated practice only. Keep personal details and real-account information out of questions and notes. Pro includes 100 reviews per month, with up to 15 per day. Every response has a Report button. If the coach is unavailable, check your connection and try again later.
Delete data
In the app, open Journal > Rules & setups > Delete all my data. You can also follow the instructions on our data deletion page.
