Subscriptions and refunds

TradeLVL Pro is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly, sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Because Apple and Google process the payment, refunds are handled under their policies. Here is exactly how it works.

What you pay

Pro is $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year in the US (the store shows the controlling price in your currency before you buy). During launch, a yearly founder price (currently $39.99 per year) may be offered. It renews at the price displayed by the store unless a future price change is made with the notice and consent required by the store and applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. There is no free trial and no long-term contract. Before you subscribe, the app asks you to confirm these renewal terms. Apple or Google provides the official receipt, purchase history and store billing notices. You may optionally add a verified email for an additional TradeLVL acknowledgment, renewal reminders and subscription support; it is not required to subscribe. How to cancel

• iPhone: tap Manage App Store subscriptions, or open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > TradeLVL Pro > Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app under Rules & setups.
• Android: tap Manage Google Play subscriptions, or open Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > TradeLVL Pro > Cancel.

On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. On Android, cancel before your renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds on iPhone (App Store)

We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in, choose "Request a refund" and pick the TradeLVL Pro charge. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies.

Refunds on Android (Google Play)

Within 48 hours of a charge, you can request a refund from Google at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory or through the Google Play Help Center. After 48 hours, email us at admin@famousoptionstrading.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA) and the reason for the request. We review requests under Google Play's policies and applicable law. Approval is not guaranteed except where the law requires it.

Charged but no Pro?

Open Rules & setups and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If Pro still does not appear, email admin@famousoptionstrading.com with your receipt and we will fix it.

Our community is separate

Pro covers features in this app only. Our website and paid community are separate products with their own prices, terms and refund policies.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live.
