Delete your data

This page explains how to delete the data that TradeLVL keeps, with or without the app. There is no account or sign-in, so most of your data never leaves your phone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Journal > Rules & setups > Delete all my data and tap twice to confirm. This erases all deletable data on your device and removes the following from our server right away (if your phone is offline, the app finishes the server part the next time it is online):

• your weekly leaderboard entries and league membership
• your daily puzzle results
• your AI coach usage counts
• any AI responses you reported
• your verified subscription-notice email and notice settings, including the RevenueCat email attribute

Without the app

Email admin@famousoptionstrading.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include your App ID if you have it (shown in Rules & setups as "App ID for privacy requests"). If you subscribed, you may also include the verified subscription-notice email or your App Store/Google Play order number so we can locate related service-provider records. We confirm deletions within 45 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: everything listed above, and on request, RevenueCat's purchase records tied to your App ID, subject to the limited records described below.
• Kept: We keep limited renewal-consent records for at least three years (or one year after your subscription ends, if longer) to document authorization and resolve billing disputes. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. Our service providers may retain limited purchase records or security logs under their policies and legal obligations. Scores already posted to our Discord community or website are not removed.
• Not affected: deleting data does not cancel Pro. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The app cannot erase an older Apple device backup; manage those backups in your Apple account or device settings.
